Oxurion Announces Capital Increase Following Bond Conversion

Oxurion NV, listed on Euronext Brussels under the symbol OXUR, has issued 7,500,360 new ordinary shares following the conversion of two convertible bonds by Atlas Special Opportunities, LLC. This results in a capital increase of €50,000, as part of an overall capital commitment of €20 million by Atlas.

Following these conversions, the total number of shares eligible for voting rights reached 70,098,394, compared to 62,598,034 previously. This figure will now be used to calculate share ownership percentages.

Oxurion also specified that 348 convertible bonds remain in circulation, under agreements with Atlas Special Opportunities, which could lead to the future issuance of new shares.
