Oxurion Announces Transparency Notifications from Atlas
On July 14, 2025, Oxurion NV, a biopharmaceutical company based in Leuven, Belgium, announced through a press release that it had received transparency notifications under Belgian law. Atlas Special Opportunities II, LLC informed Oxurion of two significant shareholding changes.
The first notification, dated July 9, 2025, revealed that Atlas held 3,931,718 shares as of July 3, 2025, surpassing the 30% threshold of total voting securities. Conversely, a subsequent notification reported that Atlas reduced its holdings to 3,524,934 shares by July 8, 2025, thus dropping below the 30% threshold once more.
