Oxurion receives a transparency notification from Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC

Leuven, Belgium – On November 20, 2025, Oxurion NV (Euronext Brussels: OXUR) announced the receipt of a transparency notification in accordance with Belgian law. Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC sold voting shares, reducing its stake to 9,352,288 shares, below the 15% threshold of the 62,598,034 shares issued as of November 18, 2025.

Oxurion, based in Leuven, focuses on acquiring majority stakes in promising European pharmaceutical contract manufacturers. The company aims to build an integrated group of contract manufacturers serving the healthcare sector.
