Oxurion Receives Transparency Notification from Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC
Leuven, Belgium – On September 8, 2025, biopharmaceutical company Oxurion NV announced the receipt of a transparency notification, in accordance with Belgian law. This notification, received on September 3, 2025, was received from Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC. Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC sold shares on August 28, 2025, and now owns 4,003,999 of the 50,377,523 shares outstanding, thus falling below the 10% ownership threshold.
Leuven-based Oxurion is seeking to acquire majority stakes in European pharmaceutical contract manufacturers. The company is concerned that fluctuations and uncertainties surrounding digital assets could affect its performance. It emphasizes precautions against associated legislative and cybersecurity risks.
