On June 9, 2025, Oxurion was informed that Atlas held 2,340,268 shares out of the 8,496,303 shares outstanding on June 5, 2025, exceeding the 25% threshold. On June 6, however, Atlas held 2,061,174 shares, falling below the threshold.
