Oxurion Reports Shares Threshold Crossings by Atlas Special Opportunities
Oxurion NV, a biopharmaceutical company stationed in Leuven, Belgium, announced on May 12, 2025, that it has received transparency notifications under Belgian law from Atlas Special Opportunities II, LLC. These notifications highlight significant changes in share ownership.
As per the notification dated May 9, 2025, Atlas declared that on April 15, 2025, it held 628,552 of the total 4,634,663 outstanding shares, resulting in its shareholding dropping below the 15% threshold. A subsequent notification revealed that by April 28, 2025, Atlas's holdings had further declined to 364,328 shares, taking it under the 10% threshold.
These changes indicate the selling of voting securities by Atlas Special Opportunities. Oxurion, listed on Euronext Brussels, continues its focus on retinal disease therapies.
