Oxurion Secures EUR 30M for Diversification into Digital Assets

Oxurion NV, a biopharmaceutical company based in Leuven, has secured an indicative financing offer of €30 million from Atlas Special Opportunities. This financing, structured into 10 tranches of €3 million each, takes the form of convertible bonds. The terms are similar to those announced on July 22, 2025.

Oxurion intends to invest these funds in digital assets, including Bitcoin and Ethereum, in line with its treasury diversification strategy. The company expects to close this deal by the end of August. However, it remains cautious about the risks associated with the volatility and regulation of the cryptocurrency market.
