Update on Oxurion's Voting Rights Post Atlas Conversion
On October 8, 2026, Oxurion NV announced an increase in its share capital by EUR 50,000 through the conversion of two convertible bonds by Atlas Special Opportunities, LLC. This is part of a broader EUR 20 million capital commitment. As a result, 55,555,555 new ordinary shares have been issued, raising the total number of shares to 232,004,731.
The updated share capital now stands at EUR 87,331,161.32. This new figure will serve as the denominator for calculating shareholding percentages. This conversion marks a significant milestone in Oxurion's collaboration with Atlas.
