Panther Minerals Appoints Rick Mah to Board of Directors

Panther Minerals Inc., a North American mineral acquisition and exploration company, has announced the appointment of Rick Mah, CPA, CFA, to its Board of Directors, effective March 29, 2026. This follows Mr. Mah's recent appointment as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary on March 17, 2026.

Mr. Mah brings over 25 years of corporate finance experience in both public and private sectors. He has significant expertise in capital markets, financial reporting, and strategic transactions, having supported financing initiatives exceeding $700 million. Mr. Mah also serves as CFO for Arctic Fox Lithium Corp. and UraniumX Discovery Corp.

Concurrently, David Beck has resigned from the board, effective March 29, 2026. The company acknowledges his contributions and extends best wishes for his future endeavors.
