Paragon AG Sees Earnings Surge Amid Revenue Decline in 2025
Paragon AG reported preliminary figures for 2025, highlighting a significant rise in earnings despite a 18.6% fall in revenue to €110.9 million. This decline was driven by reduced customer orders and the phase-out of various models. However, EBITDA rose by €0.6 million to €14.9 million, improving the EBITDA margin from 10.4% to 13.4%, thanks to stringent cost control measures.
EBIT increased by a substantial 58.3%, rising from €3.3 million in 2024 to €5.2 million in 2025, with the EBIT margin improving to 4.7%. The company's consolidated net income rebounded to a positive €1.2 million. Paragon's automotive order intake reached €215 million, promising a robust backlog for 2028 and beyond.
Despite the revenue dip, anticipated to stabilize between €110 to €115 million for 2026, Paragon maintains a strong outlook, partly due to innovative products like the DustProtect plasma filter and high-quality folding tables.
