Paragon Engages with Bondholders via SdK
paragon GmbH & Co. KGaA, a noted player in automotive systems, held an informative meeting with bondholders on November 18, 2025, organized by SdK, Germany’s leading investor protection association. The purpose was to explain proposed changes to bond terms, a move the company believes will be beneficial.
According to CEO Klaus Dieter Frers, negotiations with key bondholders are progressing smoothly, prompting the cancellation of a scheduled webinar. However, further discussions are planned, with another potential event in December, also to be coordinated with SdK.
The objective is to align interests between the bondholders and the company, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Invitations for the December event will be distributed by SdK in due course.
