PAREF Group Sells SOLIA Paref to RYZE Group
PAREF Group, a major player in European real estate management, has completed the sale of its subsidiary, SOLIA Paref, to the RYZE Group. RYZE, an Italian leader in real estate consulting, acquired the subsidiary through its French entity, VSA Ile de France. This move allows PAREF to focus on its core businesses: Investment, Fund Management, and Asset Management.
The sale, announced in December 2025, aligns with PAREF's strategy to concentrate on high-value activities. It also offers SOLIA Paref new growth opportunities under RYZE's leadership. RYZE aims to expand its presence in France, integrating SOLIA Paref's expertise to strengthen its European position.
