Takuya Yamada Appointed as Interim Chairman and CEO of PAREF
PAREF has announced the appointment of Takuya Yamada as the interim Chairman and CEO. This decision follows the resignation of Antoine Castro from all his roles within the Group. The Board of Directors expressed gratitude for Castro's contributions.
Takuya Yamada, a Board member since 2024, brings over 30 years of experience in real estate. Yamada, aged 64, currently leads Fosun Hive Overseas Operations. His past roles include managing director positions at Sumitomo and AIG, focusing on investment and asset management.
PAREF has begun the search for a permanent replacement, which must be approved by its Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The Group remains focused on sustainable real estate initiatives across Europe.
