The PAREF group is considering selling its subsidiary SOLIA Paref
The PAREF Group, a European specialist in property management, has announced that it is in negotiations to sell its subsidiary SOLIA Paref. Established in June 2024, SOLIA Paref specializes in property management and manages approximately 950 leases across 350 assets in France. Its portfolio covers a variety of asset types, including retail, office, residential, senior living, hotels, and holiday villages.
The sale of SOLIA Paref would align the PAREF group with its objective of focusing its efforts on Fund Management, Investment, and Asset Management. This project would help allocate more resources to high value-added activities. A meeting was held on December 17 with the Works Council to discuss this transaction.
