Parrot publishes its 2024 Universal Registration Document
On April 16, 2025, Parrot, the European leader in professional microdrones, announced the availability of its 2024 Universal Registration Document. Filed on April 15 with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, this document is available online. It is available in the single European electronic format (ESEF) and in PDF. This document includes several reports, including the annual management and financial reports, as well as draft resolutions for the General Meeting scheduled for June 5, 2025.
Users can view and download the document on Parrot's website. This press release follows the announcement of revenue for the first quarter of 2025, expected on May 15.
