ParTec AG and 3D Lézertechnika Zrt. Plan European AI and Energy Project
ParTec AG and 3D Lézertechnika Zrt. have signed a letter of intent to develop a modular hyperscale AI data center, along with a solar park and energy storage in Central Europe. This joint venture aims to revolutionize the AI and energy sectors with an investment in the several billion EUR range. The project, Paks Data Centre Campus, combines data processing with sustainable energy solutions in proximity to the Hungarian nuclear power plant.
The initiative includes an AI data center with 96 MW power capacity, a 530-hectare agro-photovoltaic park, and advanced energy storage systems. ParTec AG will deliver high-performance computing technology with potential quantum computing integration, bolstered by their modular design system. The project underscores the strategic importance of AI and quantum computing development within Europe.
