Partners Group Acquires Digital Halo to Expand Asian Data Center Presence

Partners Group has announced its acquisition of Singapore-based Digital Halo, pledging approximately USD 400 million to enhance its data center platform across Southeast and North Asia. The investment aims to create a next-generation data center infrastructure with a capacity exceeding 500 MW. This marks Partners Group's fourth data center acquisition since 2021, emphasizing its strategic focus on this sector.

Digital Halo, headquartered in Singapore, operates in high-growth markets and plans to build facilities in Manila and Johor Bahru. The company will focus on providing tailored services to hyperscale and enterprise clients, supported by long-term contracts. Partners Group, with over USD 4 billion invested globally in data centers, will leverage its expertise to transform Digital Halo into a leading regional operator.
