Partners Group Aims for USD 1.5 Billion in Real Estate Secondaries Program
Partners Group has announced its target of raising USD 1.5 billion for its fifth real estate secondaries program. The firm has already secured over USD 650 million in commitments in the first close. The program will focus on investing in quality income-producing assets by providing liquidity to general and limited partners through various secondary solutions.
The program is seeded with an LP-led secondary portfolio, comprising investments across residential, industrial, and hospitality sectors. The market's evolving dynamics, characterized by lower transaction volumes and the re-pricing of high-quality assets due to impending debt maturities, present opportunities for investors.
Partners Group has a notable track record, having invested over USD 6 billion across more than 120 real estate secondary transactions since 2008. Their previous program, Real Estate Secondary IV, is a top-quartile performer.
