Partners Group Enhances EBITDA Margin via AI Collaboration

Partners Group, a leader in the global private markets industry, has reported a 120 basis points uplift in EBITDA margin at Foundation Risk Partners (FRP), a swiftly expanding US insurance broker. This achievement was part of a strategic AI transformation project in collaboration with Version 1, a UK-based digital transformation firm.

This AI initiative led to a significant reduction in policy processing times at FRP. With two AI solutions, Version 1 achieved a 94% reduction in new client policy cycles and automated policy checking tasks, generating a USD 10 million EBITDA impact.

Acquired in 2022 by Partners Group, both FRP and Version 1 have since doubled their revenues. Wolf Scheider, Head of Private Equity, emphasized the synergistic value derived from pairing FRP with an AI specialist, turning a robust dataset into measurable growth.
