Partners Group Expands with New Office in Miami

Partners Group, a leading player in the global private markets industry, has opened a new office in Miami, Florida. This expansion reinforces its presence in the Americas and offers a strategic gateway to strengthen its footprint in Latin America. The Miami office marks the firm's sixth location in the Americas and increases its global office count to 23.

The office will be shared with Empira Group, a real estate investment platform specializing in residential assets. Jose Mahomar will lead the office for Partners Group, focusing on business growth in the Southeast US and supporting Latin American operations.

Since its first American office in New York in 2000, Partners Group has established significant North American operations, investing over USD 100 billion and contributing to 45% of its AuM as of 2024. The firm currently has locations in Denver, Houston, New York, Toronto, and São Paulo.
