Partners Group Unveils Luxury Condominium Tower in Miami
Partners Group has announced its B Residences strategy to develop a Breitling-branded luxury condominium tower in Miami, with an investment of approximately USD 220 million. The project, headed by Partners Group and developed by Empira Group, is set to commence in late 2028 and complete by 2031.
Located in Brickell, a prime Miami neighborhood, B Residences will be a 70-story tower featuring over 300 luxury condos, including penthouses with private pools. This area is known for its vibrant business landscape and upscale living amenities.
The B Residences aim to incorporate the Breitling brand's lifestyle, offering residents exclusive amenities such as concierge services, rooftop pools, and a private gym. Additionally, a 45,000 square foot B Social Club will provide a unique social setting for residents.
The project will be available to global investors, aligning with Partners Group’s diverse real estate investment strategies.
