PASSAT: Security of voting rights at the end of June 2025

PASSAT has communicated on the distribution of its voting rights and shares as of June 30, 2025. The total number of shares amounts to 4,200,000. The theoretical number of voting rights is 5,926,494. However, after deduction of shares deprived of voting rights, the number of exercisable voting rights is 5,643,299.

PASSAT, a public limited company with a capital of €2,100,000, is registered with the Versailles Trade and Companies Register. Its registered office is located in Saint-Germain-en-Laye.
