Pathfinder Ventures Secures $2 Million Through Private Placement

Pathfinder Ventures Inc. (TSXV:RV) has announced a non-brokered private placement of 40 million common shares priced at $0.05 each, aiming to generate gross proceeds of $2 million. Each share will include one-half of a warrant, allowing the holder to acquire an additional share at $0.10 within 36 months, subject to certain conditions.

The funds raised will support general working capital, RV resort developments, and potential acquisitions, such as modular housing communities. The completion of this financial initiative awaits TSX Venture Exchange approval.

CEO Joe Bleackley stated that this move aligns with the company's growth and development strategies in the RV sector. Pathfinder Ventures is focused on expanding its offerings and capitalizing on emerging opportunities.
