Assets & Commerce: Transactions in Proprietary Shares in April 2026
Patrimoine & Commerce announced the completion of transactions on its own shares between April 20 and 24, 2026. These transactions, carried out outside of a liquidity contract, concern a total of 446 shares, with a weighted average acquisition price of €24.25 per share.
Purchases were made daily on the Paris market (XPAR), with volumes ranging from 86 to 96 shares per day. Acquisition prices ranged from €23.90 to €24.60.
