HERITAGE & COMMERCE: Update of Information on Voting Rights and Shares
On October 1, 2025, Patrimoine & Commerce, a company listed on Euronext Paris, published an update on the composition of its share capital and the total number of voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. As of September 30, 2025, the total number of shares was 15,972,458.
The total theoretical number of voting rights, including those attached to shares deprived of voting rights, is 27,595,777. The exercisable voting rights, for their part, stand at 27,495,085. These figures illustrate the situation of the company's voting rights, which is important for its shareholders and potential investors.
