Heritage & Commerce: Update on voting rights and shares
On July 1, 2026, Patrimoine & Commerce disclosed information on the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. As of June 30, 2026, the company had 16,284,789 shares outstanding. The theoretical number of voting rights was 28,226,464, while the number of exercisable voting rights was 28,202,514. This difference is due to certain shares being deprived of voting rights pursuant to Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation.
