Heritage & Commerce: Updating Voting Rights and Shares

On March 3, 2026, Patrimoine & Commerce released the latest data concerning the total number of voting rights and the number of shares comprising its share capital. As of February 28, 2026, the company had 16,284,789 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 28,031,960, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 28,016,521. This distinction is made in accordance with the articles of the French Commercial Code and the General Regulations of the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority).
