Heritage and Commerce: Transactions on Own Shares
Patrimoine et Commerce has announced the transactions carried out in its own shares between June 2 and 6, 2025. A total of 894 shares were acquired outside the liquidity contract. Each day during this period, transactions were carried out on the Euronext Paris market (XPAR) with volumes varying between 172 and 185 shares per day.
The weighted average acquisition price hovered around €24.35 per share. Detailed information on these transactions is available on the Patrimoine et Commerce website. The company specializes in operating a portfolio of real estate assets, primarily located in retail parks in France.
