Heritage and Commerce: Update on share capital and voting rights
On March 3, 2026, Patrimoine et Commerce disclosed data concerning its share capital and voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. As of February 28, 2026, the company had 16,284,789 shares.
The total number of theoretical voting rights is 28,031,960, while the number of exercisable voting rights amounts to 28,016,521. These figures include shares without voting rights, in accordance with AMF regulations.
Patrimoine et Commerce, listed on Euronext Paris, continues to manage a substantial real estate portfolio in France. The company focuses on retail parks, with over 561,000 m² of assets. It remains active in the development and operation of new assets.
