Heritage and Commerce: Update on voting rights and capital

On May 2, 2025, Patrimoine et Commerce published information on the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. As of April 30, 2025, the company had 15,972,458 shares. The number of theoretical voting rights was 27,552,378, while the number of exercisable voting rights was 27,473,817. The difference is due to the shares deprived of voting rights in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF.

Patrimoine et Commerce, listed on Euronext Paris, manages a real estate portfolio of over 556,000 m², primarily in retail parks. The company continues to identify opportunities to fuel its growth.
