Heritage and Commerce: Update on voting rights and share capital
On May 5, 2026, Patrimoine et Commerce published information in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF's General Regulation. As of April 30, 2026, the company had 16,284,789 shares. The number of theoretical voting rights was 28,034,869, while the number of exercisable voting rights was 28,016,067.
Theoretical voting rights include all shares, even those without voting rights. Exercisable voting rights, on the other hand, exclude these latter shares. These elements are crucial for shareholders and regulatory authorities to ensure market transparency and integrity.
