Heritage & Commerce: Update of voting rights and shares

Patrimoine & Commerce has published the regulatory data concerning its share capital and voting rights. As of January 31, 2025, the total number of shares stands at 15,972,458. In terms of voting rights, the theoretical number is 26,061,647. However, only 25,991,130 voting rights are exercisable. This difference is explained by the shares deprived of voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulations.

Patrimoine & Commerce, operating mainly in the commercial real estate sector, has a portfolio exceeding 559,000 m². These assets are mainly located in retail parks near medium-sized cities in France. Listed on Euronext Paris, the company continues its growth through the development and operation of new assets.
