Heritage & Commerce: Update on voting rights and share capital
On January 5, 2026, Patrimoine & Commerce reported on its voting rights and share capital situation as of December 31, 2025. The total number of shares comprising the share capital amounts to 15,874,953. These shares generate a total of 27,571,440 theoretical voting rights. The number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, reaching 27,561,367.
The difference between theoretical and exercisable rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), is explained by shares deprived of voting rights. Patrimoine & Commerce is listed on Euronext Paris, a market specializing primarily in retail assets, and is positioned for growth thanks to significant deal flow.
