Patrimoine & Commerce Sees 5% Rise in Q3 2026 Gross Rental Income
Patrimoine & Commerce reported a 5.0% increase in gross rental income for the first nine months of 2026, totaling €45.4 million. This growth is attributed mainly to changes in the asset portfolio and the full consolidation of new acquisitions, which contributed an additional €2.0 million. On a constant perimeter, rental income saw a slight decline of 0.4%.
The company maintained its strategy of asset rotation by selling two commercial units in Chauny and Chenove for a combined €1.9 million. Despite minimal tenant movement and near-zero lease indexation, income stability demonstrates resilience.
Founder Eric Duval emphasized the group's ongoing property enhancement and asset management, reiterating its commitment to maintain a leading position in France's low-cost retail park sector.
