Transactions on Own Shares by Assets and Trade

Patrimoine et Commerce announced the completion of transactions on its own shares, excluding liquidity contracts, between February 3 and 7, 2025. The total volume of shares traded amounts to 528, with a weighted average price of 20.034522 euros per share.

The first transaction, on February 3, saw the purchase of 94 shares at an average price of 20.20 euros. On February 4, 99 shares were acquired for 20.10 euros each. Transactions continued with 107 shares on February 5 at 19.90 euros and 113 shares on February 6 at a unit price of 20.00 euros. Finally, 115 shares were repurchased on February 7 at 19.972609 euros.
