PAULIC MEUNERIE Terminates its Liquidity Contract

Paulic Meunerie has announced the termination of its liquidity contract with Invest Securities as of December 31, 2024. At the end of this contract, the liquidity account included 28,636 securities and 13,394.30 euros in cash. This change comes after an assessment of the number of securities traded in the second half of 2024, i.e. 40,503 securities purchased and 40,707 sold. The increasing management costs and the low daily trading volume motivated this strategic decision.

Management intends to allocate the resources initially dedicated to this contract to the commercial strengthening and operational transformation of the company. Initially, in February 2020, the contract was accompanied by 150,000 euros in cash. Paulic Meunerie, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, is thus pursuing its growth objectives while optimizing its financial investments.
