Peugeot Invest: Annual declaration of shares and voting rights
Peugeot Invest has published its declaration concerning the number of shares and voting rights for the year 2025, in accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Articles 221-1 and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations.
As of May 31 and June 30, 2025, the total number of shares was stable at 24,922,589. The total gross voting rights increased slightly by 166, from 45,016,706 to 45,016,872. The total net number of voting rights, taking into account shares deprived of voting rights, increased from 44,905,062 to 44,905,122.
A statutory clause imposes a reporting obligation for any crossing of the 2% threshold of capital or voting rights, as well as for each exceeding of the 1% threshold.
