Peugeot Invest: Declaration of Shares and Voting Rights

Peugeot Invest has published a statement regarding the number of shares and voting rights in accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and the regulations of the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority). The company, headquartered in Neuilly-sur-Seine, is listed on the Eurolist Compartment B market.

The total number of shares as of September 30 and October 31, 2025 remains unchanged at 24,922,589. Gross voting rights have decreased from 45,008,314 to 45,008,120, and net voting rights from 44,900,798 to 44,900,785.

Peugeot Invest requires a declaration as soon as a threshold of 2% of the share capital or voting rights is exceeded, or each time a threshold of 1% is crossed. This measure is in addition to the existing legal thresholds.
