Peugeot Invest: Declaration of the Number of Shares and Voting Rights

In accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Articles 221-1 and 223-16 of the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority), Peugeot Invest has disclosed figures concerning its shares and voting rights. As of October 31 and November 30, 2025, the company has 24,922,589 shares outstanding. The gross number of voting rights increased from 45,008,120 to 45,008,923 during this period.

The net number of voting rights, taking into account non-voting shares, has adjusted slightly, from 44,900,785 to 44,900,680. Peugeot Invest imposes a statutory obligation to report any crossing of specific thresholds, in addition to the legal thresholds. This obligation applies if a change of more than 2% in the share capital or voting rights is observed.
