Winterbach, Germany. PFISTERER Holding SE announced the successful conversion of its share class from bearer shares to registered shares. This change, decided at the Annual General Meeting on June 11, 2026, is now effective following legal registration in August.
The transition aims to enhance shareholder transparency and facilitate direct communication through a mandatory share register. Shareholders retain all rights, including dividends and voting, with no alteration to their share custody or dividend processing methods.
The conversion was executed on a one-to-one basis. Trading under the new ISIN DE000PFSE253 began on October 8, 2026.
