Bajaj Mobility AG Continues Strategic Restructuring Efforts

Bajaj Mobility AG, formerly known as PIERER Mobility AG, has announced the continuation of its restructuring efforts for the fiscal year 2025. The company reported estimated revenue slightly exceeding EUR 1 billion, representing a 46% decrease from the prior year.

The company sold 209,704 motorcycles, a decline of 28% year-over-year. Notably, sales in the second half of 2025 increased by 60% compared to the first half. Motorcycle inventory was successfully reduced by over 100,000 units.

Additionally, Bajaj Mobility sold 64,110 e-bicycles and bicycles, marking a 40% decrease. As part of a strategic shift, the company reduced its workforce by approximately 500 employees, aiming to enhance long-term competitiveness and streamline operations. The employee count as of December 31, 2025, was 3,794.

Preliminary fiscal figures for 2025 will be released on January 29, 2026.
