PIERER Mobility AG Announces Preliminary H1 2025 Results

PIERER Mobility AG reported preliminary results for H1 2025, revealing revenue of €425 million. The company sold over 50,000 motorcycles to dealers, while consumer demand remained strong with over 100,000 units sold, reducing inventory levels. The completion of KTM Group's restructuring contributed to a restructuring profit of €1,187 million, resulting in positive earnings, with EBITDA at €1,003 million and EBIT at €931 million. Equity improved to €533 million, with net debt halved to €756 million.

The restructuring process, alongside economic conditions, led to a 42.2% drop in total motorcycle sales, totaling 85,284 units. Sales in India rose by over 8%, thanks to the partnership with Bajaj Auto. Additionally, the Group sold 50,107 bicycles, progressing in winding down its bicycle business.

Despite a 57.8% revenue drop, PIERER Mobility maintains a strong global motorcycle market position, with 46.5% of revenue coming from Europe, 32.4% from North America, and 21.1% from other markets.
