OPmobility Announces Voting Rights as of July 2025
On August 14, 2025, OPmobility released its declaration of voting rights as part of its regulatory disclosures in line with article 223-16 of the French Financial Markets Authority's General Regulations. As of July 31, 2025, the company reported a share capital composed of 144,022,153 shares. These shares correspond to a total of 234,595,357 gross voting rights and 233,429,620 net voting rights.
