PNE AG Achieves Record Financial Year Performance in 2024

PNE AG ended the 2024 financial year on a high note with exceptional results, marking the best performance in its history. The company's total output soared to EUR 342.6 million, surpassing the previous year's EUR 267.8 million. EBITDA witnessed a significant rise to EUR 69.0 million, placing it at the top end of updated guidance. The successful sale of wind farms, PV power plants, and international operations contributed significantly to these figures.

PNE's strategic focus shifted towards a balanced approach, combining sales and expansion of its own operations. The company maintained a stable project pipeline of approximately 18.9 GW, with an increase in capacity for onshore wind farm projects despite sales. The own generation portfolio expanded beyond Germany, with the completion of the Saint-Aubin-du-Plain wind farm in France.

Looking ahead, PNE aims for robust growth with a strategic plan to reach 1.5 GW in operation by 2027, foreseeing an EBITDA of EUR 140 million. The company's outlook for 2025 remains positive, expecting an EBITDA increase to between EUR 70 million and EUR 110 million.
