PNE AG Divests Swedish Assets to Aneo

PNE AG has announced the sale of its Swedish subsidiaries, PNE Sverige AB and VKS Vindkraft Sverige AB, to the Norwegian energy company Aneo. This transaction includes wind and photovoltaic projects with a developed capacity of 300 MW and a pipeline of an additional 700 MW in early development stages. The financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed.

The sale aligns with PNE AG's strategy to focus on core markets, utilizing proceeds for further growth. Heiko Wuttke, CEO of PNE AG, expressed satisfaction in Aneo's commitment to renewable energy, noting that Aneo will retain the Swedish companies' employees and continue ongoing projects.
