PNE AG Lowers 2025 Earnings Forecast

PNE AG has announced a reduction in its earnings expectations for the fiscal year 2025. The Cuxhaven-based company now anticipates a consolidated EBITDA between €45 million and €60 million. This marks a decrease from the previously forecasted range of €70 million to €110 million. The adjustment is primarily attributed to significant changes in market conditions in countries such as Canada, Spain, and Romania.

PNE AG explained that the adjustments in its project pipeline account for identifiable risks, though these adjustments do not affect the company's liquidity. If not for the value adjustments, the expected consolidated EBITDA would fall between €70 million and €80 million, aligning with their earlier guidance. Final financial figures and audited statements for 2025 are due on March 26, 2026.
