PNE AG Maintains Growth Amid Market Challenges

PNE AG reports significant progress in the first half of 2026 despite facing challenging market conditions. The company showed growth with a normalized EBITDA increase to EUR 27.4 million from the previous EUR 4.7 million. Revenue rose to EUR 96.8 million, surpassing the previous year's EUR 73.9 million. Eight wind and solar projects were sold, contributing to a total project capacity of 163.2 MW. Additionally, the company expanded its generation portfolio with new wind farm commissions.

The project pipeline remained stable, slightly shifting from 21.8 GW to 21.7 GW by June 2026. PNE continues to focus on core markets of Germany, France, and Poland. The first half of 2026 saw an increase in electricity generation to 408 GWh, benefiting from better wind conditions, significantly reducing CO2e emissions.

PNE's service segment is also growing, with operations management orders rising internationally. Despite ongoing challenges, PNE confirmed its guidance for 2026, expecting a normalized EBITDA between EUR 110 million and EUR 140 million.
