PNE Group Successfully Sells Two French Wind Farm Projects
PNE Group has completed the sale of two wind farm projects in France, highlighting the strategic importance of the French market for the company. The "Clermont-en-Argonne" wind farm, located in the Grand Est region with a capacity of 14.4 MW, was sold to JP Energie Environnement. The construction began in September 2025, with completion expected by the end of 2026.
The "Genouillé" wind farm in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, having a capacity of 11.3 MW, has been operational since July 2025. It was sold to Sorégies and will be operated by PNE's subsidiary, energy consult France. These transactions, aided by Alaïa Advisory, mark significant progress in PNE's business strategy and reflect its ongoing commitment to renewable energy.
