Changes in Voting Rights for POUJOULAT in May 2026

POUJOULAT SA has published information on the total number of voting rights and shares as of May 31, 2026. The document presents monthly figures for the current year, in accordance with the requirements of the Commercial Code and the AMF.

In May 2026, the number of shares comprising the capital is 7,836,000. Executable voting rights are 12,946,201, slightly higher than the 12,945,535 recorded in April 2026. Theoretical voting rights reach 12,958,762.

These theoretical voting rights include all shares, even those without voting rights, and are used to calculate threshold crossings. Executable voting rights, however, do not include these shares, following a recommendation from the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority).
