Poulaillon Group presents a slight increase in turnover in H1 2025

Poulaillon Group, a major player in bakery and fast food, has announced consolidated revenue growth of 1% for the first half of 2025, reaching €59,506 thousand. Despite a challenging economic climate with the postponement of certain holiday periods and a general slowdown, the Mineral Water division posted remarkable growth of 49%, mainly thanks to Velleminfroy.

To strengthen its presence, the group is preparing new store openings and expanding its production capacity, particularly in Wittelsheim. At the same time, with its flagship product, Moricette®, Poulaillon is participating in major events such as Roland Garros and exploring the European airline market.

The Mineral Water segment continues its international expansion, targeting new markets in Asia and planning significant environmental initiatives. The group plans to convert its bottles to reusable glass in the medium term.
